Luciana Dalla Pozza (1941) was born in Turin ,
where she attended the Civic School of Ceramics,
then the School of Art and Fashion Design
directed by Italo Cremona
and finally the Albertine Academy of Turin.
She started working as a fashion designer,
then as a fabric and scarf designer
in Como and Milan.
She then proceeded to paint furnishing fabrics
and also on wood and walls,
specializing in "Trompe l'oeil"
on fabric but especially
on panels creating the illusion
of non existent spaces.
She lives and works at Grosseto in Tuscan Maremma
where she is president of the Society "Art Born"
which under the auspices of the local authorities,
has organized work-shops
and exhibitions in
Grosseto, Sorano and Arcidosso.
